Attaches to Super Bench spine with the pull pin and locks in place. Perfect position for abominal training. Also assists in steep angled decline presses. Bar Dip Handles for Super Bench. Attaches to bench spine with the pull pin and lock in place. Three height positions from 50" to 52.5" from the floor. Great for tricep and chest development. Also works very well for doing leg/knee raises to target the lower abdominals! Handles have rubber grips and are 23" wide. 350 lb rated.
